Last week, I left Montreal for St-Jérôme to experience JACK SALOON.
I say “experience” because it’s so much more than a restaurant.
Restaurant by day, bar from 10 p.m. to 3 a.m., you can eat, dance, sing, have fun.
Do you like western and country music, singer-songwriters, good food and a good atmosphere?
You’ve got to go to a Jack Saloon, I had a really good time.

Taquitos (Pulled pork, tomatillo salsa, homemade cheese mix, sour cream)
OMG this is one of the best starters I’ve ever had.
I’m always drawn to tartares, salads or cheesy starters, but this was one I wanted to experience and I’m glad I did.
The pulled pork and the sauce mixed with the crunch of the chips was decadent.
Corn ribs (served with ranch dressing)
My friend had never eaten corn ribs so she was very eager to try them.
She wasn’t disappointed; she loved the smoky flavor and with the ranch sauce, it was perfect.
